This app helps you plan trips. This policy explains what it stores, what it reads, and how you stay in control.

Data stored on your device
Trips, events, packing lists, family members, documents, personal details and display preferences are stored in your browser's local storage on your own device.
This data is not uploaded to our servers and is removed when you clear your browser data or use the app's delete actions.
Account data
If you sign in, our backend stores your account identifier and email address so the app can recognize you across sessions.
Gmail access
Connecting Gmail is optional. When you connect, the app requests read-only access and uses it only when you press "Scan emails".
A scan searches a narrow set of travel senders and subjects from the last 60 days; later scans cover only the period since your previous scan.
Matching emails are read in memory to extract trip details. Email bodies, subjects and attachments are never stored in our database. We keep only the identifiers of messages already reviewed, the time of the last scan, and an encrypted access handle so you don't have to reconnect.
You can disconnect at any time from the Profile screen, which deletes the stored access handle. You can also revoke access from your Google Account security settings.
Use of Google user data
Google user data is used solely to detect flights and hotel bookings and suggest trips to you. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI models.
The app's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
AI processing
Text you paste into the trip parser, and text from emails you choose to scan, is sent to an AI provider through Lovable's AI gateway to extract dates, flight numbers and locations. It is processed for that request only and is not used to train models.
Third-party services
The app calls a public exchange-rate service for currency information and may open Google Maps when you generate a walking route. These requests contain no personal identifiers beyond what you enter.
Deleting your data
Delete a trip, document or family member inside the app to remove it from your device. Disconnect Gmail to remove the access handle. To delete account data, contact us at assafkutai@gmail.com.
